Gentleman's Town Home
These five (5) photographs show the results of designs to capture a unique gentleman's environment using many devices including rich colors, textures, art and accessories. As you review these five, please note our attention to details in every part of the design space.
Entry Area in a Gentleman's Town Home

Dennis Campay’s Atlanta canvas dramatically sets the scene for this town home. Strong textural contrasts and rich colors introduce friends and visitors to this earthy, masculine space.
Gentleman’s Living Area

This illustrates what color and accessories can do. With the exception of the media cabinet, all the furniture was previously owned. Chairs were reupholstered and sofa pillows added to work with the new rug selected to accentuate the large canvas in the entry (see Entry Area in a Gentleman’s Town Home). The framed textile to the left of the cabinet is African Acuba cloth. The pen and ink watercolor above the bookcase is by Irrizzary.
Textural Feast

Lingering after a meal is compulsory here, dictated by the art and the comfortable Windsor armchairs. Water (a pastel by Liana Repass) crowns the space area with a soothing sense. The antique nickel chandelier is the final element in the textural play of sea grass, wood and brick.
Kitchen Desk Recess

Stacked canvases of Coffee Mugs with Spoons (by Neil Hollingsworth) punctuate this desk area at the end of a kitchen.
Stairway Composition

The scrolling acanthus leaves of the architectural fragment are reiterated in the lines of the runner. The curves contrast with the geometry of the stairs and hand railing. Black risers distinguish themselves from the stained treads. The terra cotta colored wall segues gracefully to the brick wall.
